	In HTML add a LANG attribute to the HTML tag, and in PDF set the language using Document Properties in Acrobat. This allows screen readers to pronounce words correctly. This page sends a Content-Language HTTP header, which is not a substitute for the HTML lang attribute, and is ignored by screen readers. Current advice from the W3 says "Use language attributes rather than HTTP to declare the default language for text processing"
